"My name is Micaella, and I was born alive during a failed abortion attempt. Growing up, I lived in 36 foster homes by the time I turned 6. I knew nothing of my birthparents or why I suffered several unexplained health conditions in my heart, lungs, and spine. I was adopted when I was 6 and spent years later down the road trying to learn more about my origins. What I discovered shocked me to my core. This is my Almost Aborted story."

Over 2,200 candidates are contesting the 2024 local and European Parliament elections, which is a considerably higher participation rate than in 2019. The make-up of our local authorities is important for the future of pro-life representation in politics for several reasons. Councillors can introduce motions and raise issues related to the impact of the abortion regime.
The composition of our local authorities will also have a major impact on the next Seanad elections, where councillors have a large role to play. Importantly, the council is often regarded as a ‘stepping stone’ for future TDs.
It’s important that pro-life voters are given accurate and fair information on the stance of the candidates they will choose from on the ballot paper.

Listen to him speak out against being devalued as he fights for the support he needs to live.
@JamesMa54972388@purdypols@amnesty I know the tragic case of Savita very well. She was denied appropriate management due to medical negligence & tragically died. There are very rare situations where emergency delivery of a child should take place in order to save a mother's life even if her child may die as a 1/
@JamesMa54972388@purdypols@amnesty result due to extreme immaturity. The intention in such situations is always to save life, both lives if possible. In induced abortion, the intention is always to end a life. If the life of the young human being is not ended, it is considered a failed abortion attempt. 2/2
The numbers are nuts, per year, a quarter of a million boys and girls whose lives were deliberately terminated before they had a chance to draw a breath. How much talent? How many inventors? Professors? Entrepreneurs? Sports Stars? Poets? Painters? Musicians? Chefs? Plumbers? Soldiers? Engineers? Barristers? Judges? Marriages? Mothers? Fathers? Grandparents? What has being lost that we will now never have? Non-repeatable unique human individuals, people. The evisceration of a nation’s future.
@amnesty This is a lie. Abortion is a procedure carried out with the intention of ending a human life at the embryonic or fetal stage of development. The intentional destruction of a human life by an act of violence, as happens in abortion, can never be considered to be healthcare.
