@jfais20 People were dead certain about GLYC. ELTX also went so long it was “impossible” for the wait to be a negative outcome.
At 10 they’re a $2 billion company. What’s the legitimate upside for CR2 AML market? I don’t dig it
@EatYerShorts It does create challenges. You don’t see a lot of approvals based on nonrandomized trials where there is no evidence of antitumor activity.
@SchlangDaddy Those trials are well regarded because they had a proper control arm with unambiguous results.
Hopefully a journal article will provide a more complete picture. I am skeptical that one is in the works, as companies often do not publish these kinds of follow-up in oncology.
@fm23@SchlangDaddy There was no demand for KM curves, just noting that it's highly unusual not to include them in an updated analysis.
It is not an uncharacteristic standard to ask for the most important data that you're touting. There are many oddities with how these data are presented.
$NWBO continuing its march toward a hopeful approval. New data address one issue, but the core challenges with interpreting the DCVax-L trial remain.

$DRTS has a very interesting story, but valuation is running concerningly hot considering the data we've seen so far. I would exercise caution but definitely think it's worth watching. https://t.co/p8Crvglf7r
