I know restaurant workers do the dirty work and deal with a LOT of BS. But restaurant managers need to set the thermostat for customers. 64 degrees might feel good to the staff, but it's not acceptable for customers. Rant over.

@LunaBright9 Don't get sucked into maxing out what they tell you that you can afford to pay for 30 years. Set your budget first and apply that payment to a 20 year mortgage, especially if you might move in a few years. Don't be afraid to walk away from a deal if it's not right.

@Aluckasevic @Dejan_Kovacevic A few ideas. Don't go to games. Cancel your cable package that includes ATT sports. Tell any business that sponsors the Pirates that you are boycotting them if they don't pull sponsorship.
