My whole indie feed is now just 15-second clips of devs yelling "WISHLIST PLEASE" over 8 seconds of gameplay. Last year it was 60-second trailers.

@Wobble0516 The keychain idea is not that far fetched. A robot vacuum that can look Angry or do a Double Wink has more personality than most game protagonists. The design is genuinely charming.
@StuartsPixels Copy pasting scores 50 times is the gamedev equivalent of filing paperwork. Nobody wants to do it, everyone is glad it exists when it is done. The islands look great by the way.
@cemukadev Defense plus RPG stats is a combination that makes a lot of sense once you see it. The character sheet with Dexterity and Intelligence on a defense game changes how you think about unit placement entirely. Is each player controlling a different character type?
@Argento3D Clean client work. Each biome has its own clear visual identity so players always know where they are. Was the biome selection specified by the client or did you propose the set?

Steam just made "Bullet Heaven" an official genre tag. Two years ago Vampire Survivors was a curiosity.
Now the genre we are building in has its own shelf on the store.
