Game Sack

It's like boo!

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@FinnMcC69230537 Oh yeah? Where do I live?

[Game Sack @GameSack]

This is pretty cool. House in my neighborhood has a display synced to music that they broadcast themselves over the air and you tune it in. They play popular music but I’d love to hear VIDEOGAME MUSIC in there as well. Castlevania playlist for Halloween? That would rule.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@ScarletSprites @ArrowFilmsVideo I have the fill-sized poster of that and it’s lenticular.

NEW EPISODE!

We've checked out the biggest, now let's look at the smallest cartridge games and see which ones make the best use of their low memory!

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@PixelFXco The curve is a really nice touch!

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@rickyberwick Can it wait 5 minutes?

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@Furluge No, that nonsense didn't start until VA4 or 5 I think? Not sure. At least the first 2 years didn't have that screen.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

Vibe-coded the launcher for the Genesis to make it faster than the other guy.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@TimSweeneyEpic

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@DestinyFomo The tiny thumbnails make the boxes look like a fleshlight of some kind.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

According to my extensive research lasting 3 seconds, this one is on the disc and playable without an internet connection. What a time to be alive!

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@Azuris753 @lonseidman Also I think the downward suction would be enough to assist with braking.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@Azuris753 @lonseidman I wonder what the suction apparatus looks like. Might be unsightly on the side of a car and people wouldn't buy it.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@ToddsNerdCave @FULLSET_Collect @amerikaOnFIRE Just curious but why would each star be its own sprite if they're all scrolling uniformly?

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@myretrolifeshow Cool, now that it’s out and people have played it, maybe **some** people can calm down about me not being hyped to the moon for it.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@HDRetrovision jfc

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@lonseidman Oh I didn't know it was doing suction, I thought it was exerting some source of space beam downforce.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@lonseidman Neat! I like how it still had 20 feet of altitude after it was stopped from coming back down. I don't think those readings are at all accurate.

About the only thing I see practical about this is maybe some form of artificial gravity could be used on space ships.

[Game Sack @GameSack]

@HCGSHOW Probably eventually. Won’t leave the house specifically for it though
