As we welcome a new day and a new month, our hearts are heavy with grief
Just five days ago, 30 innocent Christians were brutally murdered in Southern Kaduna, Nigeria Their only crime was their faith in Christ Today, their loved ones are preparing to lay them to rest not in individual graves surrounded by family but together in a mass grave because poverty has stolen even the dignity of a proper farewell
Imagine a mother standing over the bodies of her husband and children with nothing left but tears Imagine a child searching for parents who will never answer again Imagine families returning to the ashes of their homes knowing the land that once fed them has been seized and the people responsible still roam free
These are not just statistics They were fathers who worked hard to provide Mothers who prayed for their children Children who dreamed of a better tomorrow Their laughter has been silenced and their homes have become places of unbearable sorrow
The Bible reminds us in Psalm 34:18
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"
Even in this darkness, we believe God has not abandoned His people He sees every tear He knows every name and He will not forget the innocent blood that has been shed
Isaiah 1:17 says
"Learn to do right Seek justice Defend the oppressed"
This is a call for the world not to look away Silence cannot comfort the grieving and indifference cannot heal the wounded We must raise our voices for those who can no longer speak We must stand with those who have lost everything
Please remember these grieving families in your prayers Pray for comfort for the widows strength for the orphans healing for the wounded and justice for the innocent May God wipe away every tear from their eyes and may the light of Christ continue to shine even in the darkest valleys
Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted Matthew 5:4
๐จ BREAKING: Sec. Marco Rubio just said what nobody else has the guts to say about Iran.
โWeโre dealing with radical Shia clerics who make geopolitical decisions based on pure theology. No one has ever been able to do a successful deal with Iran.โ
That is reality.
This is not some normal regime you negotiate with over coffee. These are ideological hardliners who see everything through a religious lens.
Rubio made it clear. If negotiations actually change, the whole world will see it.
No illusions. No fantasy diplomacy. Just facts.
Finally, grown adults back in charge of foreign policy.

Why I Am Convinced That a True Believer Cannot Lose His Salvation
One of the questions I am get asked most often is:
โCan a believer lose his salvation?โ
My answer is simple:
No.
Not because believers are faithful, but because God is.
A Cry to the World: The Tears of Nigeria's Widows Must Not Be Ignored
My dear brothers and sisters around the world,
My name is Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, and today I write with a heart that is broken beyond words. I am not writing because of politics or personal gain. I am writing because the cries of countless widows and fatherless children are rising to Heaven, while much of the world remains silent.
Every week in Nigeria, families are torn apart by violence. Men who left home to protect their communities, soldiers who swore to defend their nation, immigration officers who faithfully served, and innocent civilians have lost their lives. Behind every fallen man is a wife whose world has collapsed, children who will never again hear their father's voice, and parents left to bury the children they raised.
The number of widows continues to grow. The number of orphans continues to rise. Homes that were once filled with laughter are now filled with mourning. Countless women now carry the unbearable burden of raising children alone, struggling to find food, shelter, and hope.
The Holy Scriptures remind us, "Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed." โ Psalm 82:3
God also declares, "A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling." โ Psalm 68:5
If God Himself is the Defender of widows, then how can we remain silent while their numbers continue to increase?
This is not just a statistic. These are human lives. These are mothers who cry themselves to sleep every night. These are children asking questions that no one can answer: "Why did my father never come home?"
As followers of Christ and as members of one human family, we cannot become comfortable with suffering. We cannot normalize bloodshed. Every life lost leaves behind a family carrying wounds that may never heal.
Jesus said, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." โ Matthew 5:4
But comfort must also move us to compassion and action. We must pray for peace, support those who have lost loved ones, encourage justice, and stand with those whose voices are too weak to be heard.
I appeal to governments, humanitarian organisations, churches, and every person of goodwill: do not look away. Do not allow these grieving families to suffer in silence. Let us work together to protect innocent lives, care for widows and orphans, and pursue peace with justice.
The Bible commands us in James 1:27, "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress."
May we not merely read these words but live them.
To every widow who reads this, know that your tears matter. God has not forgotten you. To every orphan, your life has value and purpose. And to everyone reading this around the world, I ask you to remember Nigeria in your prayers and to stand with all who suffer because of violence.
May the Lord heal our land, comfort every broken heart, protect those who serve, and grant us a future where no child must grow up without a parent because of violence.
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." โ Psalm 147:3
May God have mercy on Nigeria.
Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo
After grand promises, saber rattling, and a couple of pinprick strikes, it appears President Trump is preparing to close the book on Nigeria and declare victory.
Not only is "victory" shockingly untrue โ the violence has only gotten worse โ closing this book now may go down in history as one of the most catastrophic and bloody decisions an American president has ever made.
Here is what closing the book could look like.
Mass roundups of dissenters and resisters. Execution, not arrest. Slaughter at a scale the last sixteen years have only previewed. Land and wealth seized outright. The doors thrown wide open for Fulani militias, global jihadist networks, and Chinese extractors to move in unrestrained โ a human, environmental, and security catastrophe with no precedent in modern Africa.
I believe that is what's coming.
We've run this experiment before. In December 2020, Trump designated Nigeria a Country of Particular Concern. In November 2021, Biden's State Department quietly removed it โ no substantive explanation. In the first full year after, 5,014 Christians were killed for their faith, up from 4,650. The violence that had been contained to the northeast and Middle Belt spread south into states that had never seen it. Displacement climbed into the millions. Church and property destruction mounted past 19,000. The pressure came off, the killing held at world-leading levels, the destruction and displacement grew, and the regime paid no price.
Think I'm being alarmist? Consider this: the same ruling elite โ same caliphate, same bloodline, same throne, same prophetic mandate โ who presided over the Biafran War are still in power. During that 30-month conflict โ with full British backing and the U.S. turning a blind eye โ they strategically and intentionally starved to death some 3 million Igbo Christians who refused to submit to their Caliphate. And the world did nothing.
That is what removing Western pressure produces. This time it's bigger than a CPC designation. Trump is a singular, historically consequential figure with the power to do something real and lasting. If he turns away now, it isn't only a missed opportunity. It's the green light the Caliphate has been waiting for to stop pretending.
The army is already assembled. As many as 15 million Almajiri boys raised on dan Fodio's doctrine from childhood. As many as 12 million sitting in displacement camps the government denies exist, with up to a 50-60 percent radicalization rate. Thousands of foreign fighters armed with Libyan weapons from the Arab Spring collapse, hardened across the Sahel. A self-financing jihad economy worth more than $3 billion a year. A government curriculum architect waging what he himself calls "intellectual jihad" against 50 million schoolchildren. A Turkish paramilitary group โ founded to prepare for the Mahdi, recruiting from active ISIS fighters โ now training Nigeria's special forces. This is a fully assembled force sitting on Africa's largest population and a trillion dollars in mineral reserves, waiting for a green light.
Starting in 1804, Fulani leader Dan Fodio built the Sokoto Caliphate as a launchpad for the prophesied Mahdi โ a purified platform held ready for his final, global jihad. That mission has been maintained for 222 years by an unbroken bloodline on the same throne today, taught in madrasses as pure gospel. They are not waiting for Western approval. They are waiting for Western restraint to end. And they no longer need our approval anyway โ they've pivoted to China, who pays in cash and weapons instead of lectures.
They've already shown their hand on free speech. In June 2021, the Buhari government suspended Twitter nationwide for seven months after Twitter deleted one of Buhari's which threatened to once again unleash the violence of the Biafran war. Nigerians who accessed Twitter via VPN faced criminal prosecution. Last April, the Sultan of Sokoto stood before the Northern Traditional Rulers' Council and called social media "a terrorist organization," directing security agencies to treat it accordingly. They will once again shut off the information lifeline to the world โ before the next phase begins.
Credible reports indicate simply saying "genocide" in Nigeria will be considered sedition. This is a capital offense. And it will be brutally enforced โ look for wholesale round-ups and executions โ the moment the West looks away.
This has happened before. In 2020, Nigerian forces gunned down young #EndSARS protesters in the street. More than three million Igbo Christians were slaughtered in Biafra while the world did nothing. Some 185,000 Christians and non-jihadi Muslims slaughtered since 2009. The infrastructure for the final round is already built: they control the classrooms, the military, the government, and the media.
The false performance of democratic restraint holds only because the world is still watching, even half-heartedly. The moment they conclude no one is watching anymore โ that the one man on earth who has potential to stop them has turned away โ the mask drops. The Quran, in their own historic phrase, finally gets "dipped in the Atlantic" โ not as metaphor, but as mission.
It will not look like the slow bleed of the last sixteen years. It will look like Biafra, with modern weapons, a larger population, foreign fighters already in place, social media shut down, and a government that controls every lever needed to make it fast.
Who stops them then? Not the United States, if it's already closed the book. Not the United Nations โ already compromised, already covering for the killers. Not a future administration cut from the Obama mold, which spent eight years quietly unleashing genocidal maniacs to enable the Caliphate's rise.
It appears nobody is coming to help. Only the good people of Nigeria can rise up and stop it now.
This is the moment.

I joined @BishopBarron to discuss the ongoing genocide of Christians in Nigeria.
Christianity is the most persecuted faith in the world, and it's not close.
Our brothers and sisters suffer simply for professing the name of Christ.
I feel called to speak out - and will never turn a blind eye to their suffering.
A new report from the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) confirms Fulani militants caused more deaths than Boko Haram or ISIS over the past year by mostly targeting Christian farming communities in Nigeria.
Commenting on the report, Open Doors CEO Henrietta Blyth said:
"My heart has been broken as I have heard stories from women and men who have seen their beloved family members butchered in front of them or carried off into a life of slavery."
โThe Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His nameโs sake.โ (Psalm 23:1-3) #Alaska
This is Matthew Ayegra.
11 years ago, he was murdered by Islamic extremists along with 20 others.
He wasnโt a Christian.
But after seeing the faith and courage of other captives refusing to deny Christ, when he was asked to renounce Him he reportedly said, โTheir God is my God.โ
FOR SHAME: American spin doctors, paid by a known terror sponsor, are hiding a Christian genocide and smearing the people exposing it.
Roger Stone. Flip Holsinger. DCI Group. $9 million a year. Paid by Nuhu Ribadu โ the Nigerian National Security Adviser whose own state government caught him arming Fulani militia with AK-47s in a state vehicle. He has publicly called the terrorists in the bush his โbrothers.โ
That is who is hiring slimy American propaganda whores to whitewash a Christian genocide.
Their job, in plain English. Deny thirty Christians murdered on Palm Sunday morning in Jos. Deny 157 Christians slaughtered on Easter weekend. Deny 1,402 Christians killed while Holsinger was there on a concierge tour organized by Ribadu. Deny the regime's own faked al-Minuki kill. Deny the displaced citizens suffering in hellish IDP camps inside Abuja. Deny every burned village from Bokkos to Mbwelle to Hurti to Yelwata.
Their method is the cheapest trick in the spin doctor handbook. Thread a single weasel word โ "worshippers" โ so a paid mouthpiece can stare into a camera and claim, with a straight face, that thirty Christians murdered on the holiest morning of the Christian year somehow do not count because none of them were standing inside a church building at the precise moment the bullets hit. As if the gunmen check the GPS coordinates of their victims before yelling Allahu Akbar and pulling the trigger. Slimy. Sophisticated. Sold by the hour.
When weasel words are not enough, they reach for character assassination. They smeared Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo โ the fiery graveside prophet of Plateau who has buried thousands of his own people. They smeared Alex Barbir โ the young American missionary who built homes for Yelwata widows and stood in the road at Angwan Rukuba thirty minutes after the Palm Sunday massacre. They smeared every genocide survivor set to testify before Congress and called them "professional activists parroting claims for their own political and financial gain."
This is what $9 million buys. Insults aimed at widows. Lies aimed at missionaries. Sneers aimed at survivors.
Roger Stone โ Trump's former political operative, a pardoned felon โ is on the payroll of a foreign government that arms jihadis and slaughters Christians. Forty years of lecturing America about patriotism, sold for $750,000 a month.
Flip Holsinger โ a journalist with a Time Magazine credit โ spent three months riding shotgun in Tinubu's military motorcade, eating at Tinubu's table, sleeping in Tinubu's barracks, cashing Tinubuโs checks, and then writing op-eds for American newspapers swearing on his award-winning honor that there is no genocide. A war correspondent reduced to a curated stooge for a regime that arms the terrorists, and offers them a free vacation and education before sending them back out to the bush to kill again through their obscene โrehabโ program.
DCI Group โ a Washington firm full of Trump-aligned principals โ decided that $9 million in foreign blood money was worth helping the Nigerian regime hide the world's longest-running jihad genocide, in โthe epicenter of global terror,โ from the American people who would otherwise demand it stop.
SHAME.
Shame on Stone โ who knows better and did it anyway.
Shame on Holsinger โ who sold his byline to the men paying the killers' suppliers.
Shame on DCI โ accessory to mass murder for a quarterly retainer.
Shame on every American who lets them keep operating without consequence.
The blood of the Christians of Bokkos is on their hands. The blood of the dead at Angwan Rukuba on Palm Sunday is on their hands. The blood of the slaughtered at Easter weekend is on their hands. The blood of every widow Alex Barbir built a house for and every parishioner Pastor Dachomo buried โ that blood is on their hands.
They are not journalists. They are not lobbyists. They are not advisors. They are slick-tongued accessories to genocide. The Nuremberg precedent is clear. The hands that wrote the propaganda are stained the same color as the hands that swung the machete.
History knows their type. History remembers their names.
It will remember these three.
Shame.

"SHHH, WE'RE BEING WATCHED": THE SULTAN'S 7 MAY STATEMENT, TRANSLATED
On May 7, 2026, the Sultan of Sokoto stood in Abuja and made what his publicists called a bold condemnation of Islamic extremism.
Read it carefully.
"Anyone that takes innocent lives while shouting 'Allahu Akbar' is
going to hell."
That is not a condemnation of killing.
That is a condemnation of shouting Allahu Akbar.
Killing innocent people โ fine, apparently. Just keep it quiet.
Don't say the phrase that ends up in survivor testimony. Don't say the phrase that ends up in news footage. Don't say the phrase that gets quoted in U.S. State Department reports and congressional briefings. Don't say the phrase that makes Trump pay attention.
The killing is not what disqualifies you in the next life. The
audible religious branding of the killing โ bad press โ is what disqualifies you in this one.
"Let us stop bringing religion into it," he said in the same speech.
"Call them criminals. Not Muslim criminals, not Muslim terrorists,
not Muslim bandits."
Translation: Strip the religious marker. Keep the operation.
Two and a half weeks after this speech, a Lagos publicist named
Haroon Ishola Balogun published two articles attacking me by name, quoting this very statement as proof that the Sultan is a moderate and my work is "false narratives" that "demonize an entire religion."
The lobbying machine had its line, courtesy of the Sultan himself.
Here is what the May 7 statement actually was.
It was operational guidance.
It was instructions to a fluid network of fighters who do their
work under different brand names โ Boko Haram, ISWAP, Lakurawa, Ansaru, Fulani militias, bandits, kidnappers โ telling them: keep killing, but tighten the optics. The West is watching. Survivors talk. Trump is paying attention.
Shhh! We're being watched.
The Christians keep dying. The Muslims who refuse to bow keep dying. The villages keep burning. The children keep being kidnapped. The displaced keep being forced into a hellish existence โ denied by the government, steeped in trauma, far from home. The mining trucks keep rolling through the cleared ground. The platform keeps building for the Mahdi.
Just don't say the slogan out loud.
That is what twenty years of institutional protection of genocide looks like in one sentence from one Sultan on one day in Abuja.
I read it carefully. You should too.

Yet another reverend and his family slaughtered for their faith in Christ in Nigeria. As the Church, we must stand tall in the face of giants. As David took down Goliath, as Daniel in the lions den, as Jesus Christ faced the cross. We are called to lock arms with our brothers and sisters in the fire, as the waters rise, as the sword is drawn.
There is no single threat nor persecution that will force us to reject the one true living God. We will not cower. We will not bow. We will not submit to that which is false. Our faith is on an immovable foundation on the rock of Jesus Christ.
We hold fast to Romans 8:35-39 which says, โWho shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, โFor your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.โ No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.โ
This whole thing is surreal.
Atiku Abubakar โ banned from the United States for a decade for laundering $40 million, his fourth wife caught taking $1.7 million in Siemens bribes, now running for president with the Butcher of Kaduna on his ticket โ just hired a Washington fixer.
The fixer's name is Karl Marx.
I am not making this up. The man Atiku just paid $1.2 million is legally named Karl-Marx Edward Ikemefuna William George Okeke-Von Batten. FARA filing. April 1, 2026. Look it up.
A Nigerian-American Republican fundraiser named after the father of communism. Hired by a longtime Caliphate-aligned Northern strongman. To lobby a Trump White House that just slapped Nigeria with a Country of Particular Concern designation.
Six installments. Twelve months. $1.2 million. Atiku didn't even sign it himself โ sent an ADC officer to put pen to paper.
You don't hire Karl Marx if you have a clean record. You hire Karl Marx because Caliphate connections won't get you a meeting with Marco Rubio.
Now โ what this means for the narrative war.
Tinubu has DCI Group. Nine million dollars. Atiku has Karl Marx. One-point-two million. Two wings of the same Caliphate. Two competing fixers. Same Washington game.
For political tourists, this looks like a real fight. APC versus ADC. Hatchet versus hatchet.
For the people on the ground โ it isn't.
Watch what Atiku attacks. Fuel subsidies. The economy. Tinubu's competence. Tinubu's mandate. Watch what he never attacks. The genocide. The Sultan. The Middle Belt killings. The Sharia constitution. The IDP camps Abuja denies exist. The blasphemy lynchings. The Catholic schoolchildren still missing in Niger State.
He cannot. The moment he does, his Northern base evaporates. So he won't. Ever.
Which means the entire ADC-versus-APC narrative war is a fight over surface things only. Subsidies. Inflation. Cabinet appointments. Who gets the contracts.
For the people fighting actual darkness in Nigeria โ the IDPs, the Plateau widows, the Middle Belt pastors, the Igbo families still mourning Kanu โ the difference between Karl Marx and DCI Group comes down to three questions.
Who signs the checks.
Who gets bashed online.
Who gets snaps taken with Washington honchoes.
That's the whole fight.
The genocide doesn't get mentioned. The Sultan doesn't get touched. The constitution doesn't get rewritten. The displaced don't get counted. The Butcher of Kaduna stays on the brochure.
We can watch with some grim entertainment as Karl Marx takes whacks at Tinubu over the next twelve months. It will be loud. It will trend. It will not change a single thing for the children buried at Yelewata.
Real opposition doesn't need a fixer. Real opposition has the people.
Atiku doesn't have the people. He has $1.2 million and Karl Marx.
The Plateau widow can't afford a fixer. Neither can the St. Mary's parents.
They don't need one. They need a free election, a new constitution, and self-determination on the ballot.
That fight doesn't cost $1.2 million.
It costs courage.

Further, the law requires that any US assistance prioritizes:
- Atrocities prevention
- Advancing religious freedom
- Prosecuting Fulani ethnic militia groups, criminal gangs, and other jihadist terrorist groups.
- Accountability for police and security forces
- Delivery of humanitarian assistance
- Bolstering faith-based organizations response in areas impacted by violence
- Efforts to disarm Fulani ethnic militants
NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT IMPUNITY
Deborah Samuel Yakubu thanked Jesus for helping her pass her exams. She was burned alive. None punished.
Nnamdi Kanu broadcast truth from London critical of the Nigerian regime. He was illegally abducted, run through a bogus trial, and is serving a life sentence in Sokoto.
Ngoshe refugees were assured by the government it was safe to return, and paid to do so. Weeks later they were massacred, with hundreds abducted into slavery.
Meanwhile an Imam offers a N2M bounty on a pastorโs head for evangelizing in the North -- no official condemnation.
Killers get a government-sponsored โrehabโ vacation. Survivors get nothing but abuse.
