🚨 Tragedia en Brasil: Una joven de 21 años, Maria Eduarda Rodrigues de Freitas, falleció al caer desde unos 40 metros de altura en la “Ponte do Esqueleto” (Limeira, São Paulo).
Los operadores de la empresa “Entre Cordas” la levantaron en posición “superman” y la lanzaron al vacío sin enganchar su cuerda de seguridad al arnés. Tras el impacto fatal, dos instructores intentaron escapar por el bosque, pero la policía los detuvo con helicópteros. En total hay 6 personas detenidas. La empresa eliminó inmediatamente todas sus redes sociales.
El lugar es un puente abandonado, sin regulación oficial, pero muy popular para practicar rope jump. 😔💔

💻🇬🇧 The UK Ministry of Defence has lost more than 1,000 laptops, tablets, and smartphones over the past two years

According to data obtained by Sky News, 545 laptops and tablets, along with 744 mobile phones, went missing between January 2024 and March 2026.

Not a single device has been recovered.

The cost of replacing the lost equipment is estimated at more than £1.6 million.

At a time when Britain is warning about growing threats from Russia, the Ministry of Defence is apparently still trying to figure out who left a government laptop in a taxi.

I am genuinely astonished that FIFA has not lodged a formal protest with the United States Government and sought intervention to ensure that this referee, who is held in the highest regard within the international refereeing community, is granted a visa to undertake one of the most important roles in world football. For any referee, appointment to a World Cup is among the greatest honours the sport can bestow.

A person's country of birth should never be the sole reason for preventing them from entering a country to carry out a specific professional duty at a specific international event. Particularly when the President of the United States publicly assured the world that participants would be welcomed.

If nationality alone has been the determining factor, then this is a serious stain upon both the tournament and the host nation. It raises profound questions about fairness, equality of treatment and whether political considerations are now taking precedence over sporting merit.

The World Cup is supposed to bring nations together. Decisions such as this achieve precisely the opposite.
