A founder shouldn’t try to be a specialist; he has to be a generalist.
He has to be the one person in the room who understands everything well enough to connect the dots.
Being a businessman, entrepreneur, investor, and industrialist are all different roles.
Startups fail or struggle to scale when founders step beyond their core expertise and take on roles they aren’t equipped for, losing focus on their core strengths and the venture’s purpose.
The biggest problem I often hear for not being able to scale the business is not building systems, not bringing experts, and not changing our mindset with ongoing business trends.
Proud to see young leaders from Krishna, West Godavari, and East Godavari stepping into public service across party lines. Congratulations to the Kutami-selected Mayor and Corporator candidates in Vijayawada and Eluru—wishing them all success in the elections.

Everything has a limit. We grew up witnessing political satirical comics in newspapers to dark comedy to memes to body shaming to verbal abuse through tweets or texts. It’s quite disturbing that with the advancements in tech and AI, the misuse of it is taking its peak high.
A calm mind is an unfair advantage. You negotiate better, notice more, think more clearly, and react more slowly. Anyone can look powerful when everything is going right. Pay attention to who can still think when the room turns chaotic.
