Hi Tibo, I’m a big fan of OpenAI and I really appreciate what you and the team have built. I wanted to share some feedback from a long-term user perspective.

I’ve been using ChatGPT and Codex heavily, and I’ve reported some product issues and bugs before.@thsottiaux

I also noticed some model reliability issues, including hallucinations and weak reasoning. The ChatGPT mobile app also seems to consume a lot of battery in the background.

I hope the mobile app can support creating new Codex Work sessions remotely. Currently, mobile feels limited when managing new tasks.

When Codex finishes a task on my Mac through Remote, my iPhone often does not receive a notification.

For users who cannot stay near their computer, this feature is very important.

The Remote connection can also be slow to establish.

Sometimes the screen only loads partially or fails to display correctly. I don’t think it is mainly a network issue.
