Is the SEC delaying the spot #Bitcoin ETF decisions to make more time for Binance to be taken down by regulators? 👇🏼

We all know that tradfi entities like BlackRock and Fidelity want to control and profit from crypto now that they know it isn’t going anywhere. Not only is Binance their biggest competition (aside from each other) as the largest crypto-native entity, but they may also want Binance taken out to “improve” crypto’s reputation as there have been rumors about Binance manipulating markets and not complying with other regulations such as AML.

We also know that the Department of Justice is already working on their case against Binance and is considering fraud charges. After the Grayscale win against the SEC, it is generally accepted that an eventual spot BTC ETF approval is inevitable. But, the SEC still delayed their decision until mid-October and could delay it even further to early 2024. Perhaps the secret reason for this is to give the DoJ the time it needs to complete their attack against Binance to try to clear the industry for BlackRock, Fidelity, and the other tradfi giants to step in and completely take over. Not only is this in the best interest of those companies from a profit standpoint, but also the best interest of the US government as they know the tradfi entities will comply, thus giving them the control over crypto that they want.
