Issa Shivji anasema kilichokuwa kinatoka kwenye vyombo vya habari vya ndani ni propaganda tuu. Jamaa walizima hadi Reuter telex machine iliyokuwa kwenye lobby ya hotel ya Kilimanjaro iliyokuwa inategemewa na wabongo wengi.

JUSTICE ,TRUTH AND ACCOUNTABILITY SHOULD TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ALL OTHER PRIORITIES.

Youth Fundamental matters raised during the demonstrations on October 29, 2025 should be responded Instead of arraigning them in Court on Dubious unabailable

The endless wave of bizarre purported cases from allegations of treason, armed robbery, and the repeated arrests of leaders of the genuine opposition party and other state Critics is nothing more than a sign of failure to take responsibility and to properly manage political affairs in our nation.

These shameful theatrics resemble the antics of a restless un informed darting from one bush to another, only to end up right where he began.

Reconciliation is not a wholesale business. It is a retail process that comes only after every stone has been turned the truth laid bare, and those responsible for wrongdoing have been held to account.

To speak of reconciliation or desire to reconciliate while ignoring the fundamental demand for Justice, Truth, and Accountability in every evil act committed against the mass by state apparatus is like attempting to build a house in the desert using ice blocks.

The foundational step must be the full realization of Justice, Truth, and Accountability ensuring that the rights of victims and their families are respected and restored.

Only then can any other discussion for the future or process shall follow.

You cannot ask me for forgiveness or call for reconciliation while the very knife you used to stab me still remains lodged in my body, and you continue to twist it deeper.

To act otherwise is to embrace betrayal and hypocrisy is as worse as counting the chicks before they hatch

How is it that every victim of tgis barbaric massacre is shot in the head, in the chest, in the stomach, or in the waist?

In my view there is only one sound probable explanation there existed a deliberate, evil plan to kill not to control the unrest.

It is my humble vie that the following must be Underscores to exhaustivelly get rid of this myhem

1. Complete the process of a New Constitution resuming from where the Warioba Commission*was halted and stripped of its mandate.

2. Immediately establish a Three-Government Structure Tanganyika, Zanzibar, and the Union Government

3. Account for and release all government critics who were abducted or disappeared.

4. Hold accountable all those responsible for the killings that occurred between October 29 to November 1 2025

5. Declare October 29 as National Heroes’ Day.

6. Dismantle and completely rebuild the Tanzania Police Force replacing its colonial mentality with one rooted in service, humanity, and professionalism.

7. Dissolve and restructure the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties appointing new, impartial officials.

8. Allow independent and international bodies free from government influence, to investigate and publish findings on all violations of the right to life committed before, during, and after the October 29/2025 General elections

9. Many young people have been denied their constitutional right to live.

10. It is deeply unjust for anyone to dictate to their grieving families how to mourn or barry their beloved ones those whose deaths were caused by abuse of power.

11. Return the bodies of the victims to their families so they may lay them to rest with dignity and honor.

12. The Government shoud reaffirm and make uncondition statement and denounce all threat to Tanzanians whether living abroad or within the Country

It is only upon exhaustion of thw above that other subsequent stage will be put to action
