Disgusting @VirginTrains. How do I get the name of the train manager of the 15:40pm train from Euston to Wilmslow. Even though I was almost stepping in the rain behind her, she put her hand up and said “off too late” and closed the door. £160 for the privatise 😡😡😡

@VirginTrains Board the train, check CCTV as there was time to board but the train manager was nothing short of rude for no reason. I had to buy another ticket at £160 so a total of £430 to get to London and back standard class today.
