@juneslater17 No one is really mentioning credit rating. Khan is assuming that everyone has an excellent credit rating to be able to change their vehicles at a decent price. If their rating is fair or poor the price of financing a vehicle goes up. Not everyone can buy a new car or van outright

@TfL @dickndom Scrappage scheme is so incredibly narrow. Not everyone can get the benefit of it. 7.5k to buy a greener vehicle is absolute rubbish, you are offering residents 2k for a new car which is laughable. This doesn’t consider the Home Counties who rely on travelling into London for work
