Having watched the new ANC Mayor of Nelson Mandela Bay ineptly bumbling through an interview with ENCA has left me wondering about two things. 1: Does the ANC really believe that she is qualified to be a Mayor? 2: Does the ANC really believe she is competent to run the City?
