The #pftour21 pegged South Dakota #corn yield at 151.45 bu/acre, down 15.5% from the 2020 tour and down 11.1% from 3y avg. Pod counts on #soybeans down 20.3% YOY but down only 3.8% on 3yr avg.
Ohio #corn yield measured at 185.06 bu/acre by #pftour21, up 10.4% on the 2020 tour and up 10.7% on the 3yr avg. Pod counts for #soybeans were up 3.4% on last year but up 13.2% on the 3yr avg.

Sage advise from Tom N .. beans need a few days before stand counts. Tops fried off on both and main growing point is dead. Pic 1 is dead completely. Pic 2 has 2 growing points alive. It will send up 2 shoots from these spots. Take 3 days or so to decide what needs replant.
