devastated. heartbroken. In so much disbelief rn, I wish my leg broke earlier in the season so y’all could see this team is much more than the quarterback. I thought results matter. 13-0 and this roster matches up across any team in those top 4 rankings. I am so sorry. Go Noles!
@EvanReadsComics They're mad about a character being upset about things that aren't real while angry about how people who aren't real are being treated
The only thing I'm going to say about the movie I saw today is that Greta Lee, Teo Yoo, and Celine Song will deserve all the accolades if we get an awards season, and probably not get any. A personal story with nothing but phenomenal performances.
Hi, all. I write jokes for TV, but not long ago I was a financial analyst. I had my Series 7.
For those who say Fran Drescher or any SAG-AFTRA member should stop whining and appreciate what they have, let me give you a lesson in capitalism. 🧵
Why would the advertising for Elemental not advertise the immigrant story? It's the most compelling part about it and a big part of why I really liked it.
I finally beat Tears of the Kingdom. An absolute masterpiece and surpasses its predecessor to an astounding degree that I couldn't have expected. My favorite game I've ever played. I wish I had more to add that hasn't been said.
The thing that strikes me the most about #TearsoftheKindom is how they fit like five games in this game, and I can't figure out how it all works together so well but it does and I'm addicted.
And all of it weirdly feels well thought out individually, but I'm not sure I'm convinced as a whole. But I still walked out finding it all beautiful in a weird way. Anyway all this is to say I loved it, but the people who keep complaining about the lack or original movies won't.
I noticed that that AMC app lists Beau is Afraid as an action movie when I was getting my ticket. Which is probably the worst genre to classify it as. But I then thought like what genre does this fit to? Horror/comedy? Surrealist drama? Like all of these fit, but not quite.
Like it's a confidently weird movie, that while incoherent at times, feels so unique that I can't help but admire it. There are scens in this movie that feel like an action movie followed by horror scenes, with absurdist comedy in the middle. There's also a performance art scene.
