Thrilled and honored to share that I will be heading to Duke University Hospital for my PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency training! So many people to thank — feeling immensely blessed and #evergrateful!
When I asked my patient, “What meds do you take?” she showed me this. She had a ‘current meds’ bundle and a ‘no longer taking’ bundle. She wrote notes like “blood sugar” or “blood pressure" on each card. I asked to share her brilliant idea and she said, ‘absolutely!' #MedTwitter

Had an awesome time at the first ever #NCODAPSO Annual Conference! Thank you @NCODAorg and @tldrpharmacy for this opportunity to learn more about oncology pharmacy and reunite with my @mayoclinicshs fellow interns & @purduepharmacy friend!
