@OC_Scanner @cath2060 I would agree with OC Scanner, and the earliest that I can remember was in 1987 or 88 the military used one of the vacant buildings next to LAX near the 405 for one of their training ops, and I think why they use vacant buildings in a city is to get real world experience.
