An Garda Síochána must now intervene and address the very serious public accusations being made by this politician.

The Garda investigation has not been completed, and no security guard has been convicted of murder by any court. Until a court finds someone guilty, it is completely wrong and dangerous to publicly label people as murderers.

This was not a racist attack, and making false or unproven claims of that nature risks inflaming tensions and encouraging hostility. Public figures have a responsibility to be extremely careful with their language, especially in a situation as serious as this.

There must be a full and thorough investigation, due process, and respect for the presumption of innocence. Public accusations like this can destroy lives and make a fair investigation harder.

This cannot be allowed to spiral out of control.

Hermann Tertsch just said what millions across Europe are thinking — out loud.

Responding to attacks and threats aimed at Elon Musk, the Spanish Member of the European Parliament delivered a blistering indictment of Spain’s prime minister, Pedro Sánchez:

“Elon Musk is absolutely right. Pedro Sánchez is a traitor to Spain and the most corrupt leader Spain has ever had.”

Tertsch didn’t hedge. He didn’t soften the language.

He accused Sánchez of systemic corruption, rotten international alliances, and weaponising state power to silence dissent — especially on platforms Sánchez cannot control.

According to Tertsch, this is the real reason Sánchez wants to clamp down on X and independent digital platforms:

Radio groups aligned

And now… the last free networks targeted

Why?

Because the truth travels faster than censorship.

This isn’t just about Spain. It’s about Europe’s ruling class panicking as narrative control collapses.

When leaders try to shut down speech instead of answering allegations, the message is clear: they fear exposure.

One thing is certain — free speech is no longer a left–right issue in Europe.

It’s citizens vs. captured power.

This restaurant owner would not comply with Gardaí who told her to close her car park so protesters wouldn't couldn't park there. She said no and that people were welcome to use the carpark...so they've effectively now closed her restaurant with no signs of her being able to reopen any time soon.

This lady also happens to be the one who was assaulted by an IPAS security guard from City West. She spoke out about it. Now she says Tetrarch (who own City West are essentially bullying her into closing so they can appropriate her restaurant and turn it into another IPAS centre). The media know 90% of people do not read past a headline.

I Was on @LunchtimeLiveNT with @caitrionanolan8 and it appears NT don't want anyone listening as I couldn't find this uploaded in their podcasts. Luckily, someone recorded the audio. Both Cat and I were repeatedly cut across and then cut off without warning, not because we mentioned anything that would jeopardise the cad to do with the 10 year old getting r@ped and not because we mentioned names ot specifics (we didn't) but because we weren't going along with the narrative they wanted and expected (we conveyed to researchers what they wanted to hear before being allowed on). Bringing up Tusla, unregulated care of vulnerable for greed, media gaslighting, and police brutality were not hot topics for Andrea Gilligan it seems who almost seems to just be stuck like a broken record. She was totally FINE about bringing up the OTHER legal matter (people being charged to do with rioting). Last night, she was also keen and enthusiastic about using water cannons on protesters (when are we turning on the water machines?). Furthermore, on NT yesterday, they devoted a whole segment to children having toy plastic guns and how that's a huge worry for society at large. Failed asylum seeker r@pists, etc, are not such a concern. NT are WORSE than RTE. Because RTE works for the government using tax payer funds that they get through what is a stealth tax. NT doesn't, but they back them anyway. Obviously we didn't give full names because we wouldn't have gotten on. Our time was brief but we tried to make it count.
