@Beakymitch @duzBme TBH best case scenario for Burke is DAP finds n his favour. Then he can only get 2 years salary max for unfair dismissal at which point the story ends. That's why he's dragging out everything for the last 3 years n 30 odd court cases; most of which Burke has lost.

If he's willing & happy to take the consequences of his repeated trespassing; sure what's ur problem or even his problem then.

@Beakymitch @duzBme Why do you want to cancel disciplinary headings etc. Burke's entitled to due process. He's been suspended, then dismissed and now going through the appeals process. He's been through approx 30 court cases. Only issue is him trespassing while due process is happening

He'll never work n that school again, almost certainly not n any school n Ireland & most likely never work n regular employment n Ireland again

Possibly marching around public arena with a placard & chant. Use ur imagination; ppl, advocacy grps etc protest everyday with marches from Parnell square to Dail.

But Not trespassing private property.
