For a longterm investment this seems like it would compound significantly over time.

I’d be more inclined to pay higher initial fee and leave it to HODL.

@enjin @efinltyic Not to mention this affects Tax implications, any sale of ENJ would not allow you to harvest the Tax loss of EFI, so you get screwed twice. Makes me dubious about the entire project…

GCC don’t want a gym there, mainly due yo noise concerns, yet granted one along the same street at the foot bridge.🤔🤦‍♂️

If you look at reviews on duel Sonos Sub’s, the opinions are pretty consistent that it makes a big difference, especially if in a large room, however perhaps extravagant for most consumers. Placement is important for even bass distribution.
