@GoFibre_UK Is your service in West Barns East Lothian down. I was unable to get through on my mother's home phone. When I managed to get her on mobile I got her to switch off and on her router (and ONT) and they're not reconnecting.

@HMRCcustomers I've been online to see my NI contribution status for 2023/24 (self assessment made 3/10/24). Details states year not full but no details, says "record needs updating".
When will the record be updated so I can make voluntary contribution ?

@MoneySavingExp having problems with the cheap energy club. 1st password didn't work, 2nd when I changed p/w and got in all my tariff details were missing. Do I have to go through the whole process again ? If so, Such a waste of time, you lost my data.

@MartinSLewis I understand that a zero-rated VED internal combustion engine car first registered in pre 2017 will, from 1/4/25 cost £195 for the VED ? I also believe that it can be avoided for a year by SORNing the vehicle in February and re-taxing a few days later ?

@freesatadvice @smudge_edge I have this same problem with your 4k box and there’s an issue with the programmes not showing up on the EPG of which you also are aware. When are you going to fix the software ?

@freesat_tv I’m having problems with my 4k box. Frequently, since the last software update, when I switch it on it says it’s setting up the dish. I’ve still got issues with the EPG not loading correctly which you said was a known issue. Help please.

@HMRCcustomers It also says “A member of HMRC customer services team WILL contact you as soon as possible.” I have a copy of the confirmation screen.
The payment has now been processed manually but will be delayed another two weeks.

@HMRCcustomers It actually says “please allow up to 4 weeks before contacting HMRC about your request “ not that you “must contact the helpline”. The receipt may need reworded.

My annual review for WTC shows I was slightly overpaid due to the benefit ending because I chose not to transfer to UC. I owe 5 days of WTC because of this, when can I expect to get the “notice to pay” letter ?

@HMRCcustomers The date on the review letter was 2/5/24. Also, I completed my self assessment tax return on 4/10/24. Do you think they were waiting for that ? Also I applied for a rebate today based on my self assessment calculation.

@MartinSLewis Please do a programme on the replacement of the PTSN phone system with VOIP.
Not all broadband providers do VOIP and it’s a nightmare costing it as a standalone service. There’s also the technical issues. Everyone will be affected by 2025 or sooner.
