@Dutch_DeFi@cryptogoos I can definitely see a 10k ETH valuation in the next cycle given its use case and development on the ETH ecosystem by large institutions. But, 40k ain’t happening soon imo. That a 5 Trillion market cap 👀
@Dutch_DeFi@TheJerzWay Unless you’re in a tax friendly jurisdiction, corporate entity is normally the 2nd next best option allowing you to offset expenses, office, car, travel, equipment etc. Owning inside an entity also eliminates personal liability
My lend/borrow position on Morpho. I’m currently paying 5% a year on. Borrowed capital currently making 4% per month now volume has picked up.
Liquidation price is around $950 ETH. Should ETH get to 1,700 I’d add more collateral.
Opened a new ETH/USDC position last night. The goal is to accumulate ETH aggressively around 2k. Should the price leave my lower bound, I’ll restructure to sell at higher prices.
If ETH does not fall below my lower bound, I’ll simply earn trading fees.
Still amazes me how “if set up correctly” you can earn both yield and capital appreciation inside an LP.
I always close a position and bank the profit before the upper bound has been reached because the payoff curve significantly drops.
@Dutch_DeFi Same. I have some pools 100% USDC, some 50/50 for appreciation, and ETH in spot ready to distribute above 4k . I really enjoy the fact the we can participate and profit in either direction
Booked ‘capital gain’ on two SOL/USDC pools today. I’ll reposition and manage risk with 100% USDC pools.
New range probably 104-70
I’ll make a cuppa tea and see…
The yield in this pool has not been ideal, but it was set up for ‘capital gain’. The plan is to pull the profits at 120 so nothing realised yet apart from yield.
This capital is borrowed, and when I entered I thought SOLANA could touch sub 50.
