@kenshirriff I recall SOS had lots of issues in fabs with wafer edge sensors not working with transparent wafers.
Also RCA most famous for the 'RCA clean' that is still used today.

Based on that die photo and our A14 knowledge I think the M1 die size is going to be 110 mm^2
