@MothershipSG Ya Kun staff are unfortunately quite “arrogant” as if they’re the only ones who can make local coffee while charging silly prices (we are to be “blamed” for patronising them even though we complain when local coffee shops increase kopi and tea by 10 cents). Go Toast Bix instead.
@JamesTeodorini@AmericanExpress Got the SMS that my card would be suspended as my “unsecured balance has exceeded in SG has exceeded 12x my monthly income for 3 consecutive months”. A number was provided to call back and although looks “legit”, does not match AMEX Singapore’s hotline? @AmericanExpress@MAS_sg
@McDonalds Singapore should really review their dessert quality. I know it’s just $2, but come on… surely you can do better for this sundae that just came out?
@NEAsg Has NEA considered providing “Residents Response Care Packs” (insecticides, mosquito sprays and patches)? Constantly pushing out alerts on the OneService app partially makes affected residents worried and not everyone can afford these items as mentioned in your push messages.
@SingtelSupport Thanks for the clarification. So will SingTel send a mass notification informing clients to be aware of such “unknown” (but product knowledge superb) callers? The one I received (in fact I’ve gotten them on average of once every 3 to 4 weeks). The consumer Banks do this as well.
@Singtel@SingtelSupport The Police have recently issued circulars advising on how to avoid scam calls (unknown numbers, +65, no numbers). Been getting “product sign up” calls from SingTel but from unknown numbers (and “hard to understand” English accents). Is this legit?
@SingtelSupport Oh, and he was even able to provide a “employee ID”. If he’s a real employee, why must the number be “unknown”? Another red flag for me, was his almost incomprehensible accent.
@SingtelSupport my ID and full name (so that they know I’m the “right” customer). Caller also insisted that “equipment delivery” appointment be scheduled. So now I’m puzzled if it’s really a legit call (unknown number but yet apparent sound product promo knowledge,
@SingtelSupport@Singtel If @Singtel is keen on following up or understanding customer’s concerns, then it’s probably best to chat over phone or in-person (versus switching from one chat platform to another).
@Singtel should really review its customer engagement SOP. I recently had my wireless router replaced after phone support confirmed it was faulty. On exchange, vendor informed I’d “receive a call” from SingTel. And just today, I got the call informing I need to renew my broadband
@SingtelSupport@Singtel Anyway, I’ve decided to (reluctantly) sign up another 2 years contract to avoid any potential legal actions or service disruption. If there is an assigned “incident manager” looking into this correspondence, they should be able to identify the root course of our conversation.
@SingtelSupport@Singtel Should I choose to end my subscription with SingTel, does it mean that this $240 router exchanged will be “pro-rated” till the date it’s been terminated?
@SingtelSupport Hello, what’s the forward state? It’s 2 days since the given “renewal deadline”. Do advise: (a) If @Singtel will waive off the router exchange charges (even though it should have been part of the monthly subscription fees, regardless still under contract or not);
@SingtelSupport When I received the second call, it was only yesterday and I was told I only have till Saturday to decide. This is too short notice isn’t it?
