However drs teaching drs and nurses teaching nurses brings a unique perspective that no amount of cross specialty teaching will achieve

It shows a lack of understanding of the training and skills that GPs have which in turn makes their decision making look “easy” to the oblivious/uninformed masses

Bog standard “bone carpentry” it isn’t because we see such a variety of cases/people. Something tells me you haven’t seen the inside of a hospital recently..

I’ll tell you what, none of the patients who had various digits reattached would have fared as well if our surgeons were cut-price-half-trained. What an asinine take from an actual medic? @CASporleder @DrTomPepper And that is up to the individual to figure out. Not for the dr to subsidise. Even drs need healthcare and have insurance. That’s just how that country works and it certainly seems to make for happy drs which would incentivise giving better care!
