@Matthew0sb0rne @DrEilidhMaria Agree with cross occupational teaching. I doubt you’ve “out cannulated” any decent anaesthetic consultant. It’s not a one upmanship game here. However drs teaching drs and nurses teaching nurses brings a unique perspective that no amount of cross specialty teaching will achieve
@mindfullyraging @Dr_BellaR @notmynational You can go on holiday and not be in a “resort” you know.. you can technically camp out under a tree if you wish.
@London_W4 😂ramblings of an arty fella who hasn’t done a real days work in their life. These people may or may not hate their jobs but welcome to real life?I imagine you “found” yourself through yoga or some Far Eastern retreat and now wake up every morning to judge others. Fulfilling!
@RachelA82984054 @fatima_medic These are humans innit Rach. They are allowed breaks. I suppose as a health admin nothing would get between you and your tea and biscuits during the “normal” hours you work . Don’t begrudge these hard workers some rest at night if they can take it!
@drjohnm It must be lovely having your privileges. To be able to take this stance and be safe, come what may, post election. A few good men who do nothing is all it takes for evil to triumph.
@DrNeenaJha@thomasdolphin Gosh your dad sounds like a wonderful man. He’s out there being selfless and giving without any expectation. Wishing him a long and healthy life 🙏🏾
@TrishikaSuji I’ve managed a 3 week stretch as a consultant with pretty much a years notice for a special occasion. Working in a supportive dept always helps.
@PrestonChris@DrNeenaJha As a Dr I would not have this kind of patronising view point about another profession or how they triage/operate. It shows a lack of understanding of the training and skills that GPs have which in turn makes their decision making look “easy” to the oblivious/uninformed masses
@IncogAssociate @thomaswoodcock@BBCBreaking Ooh I’ll play! 5 years medicine + speech and drama diploma over 8 years + a few brownies badges maybe over 5 years in primary school? Also did ballet pretty badly for 3 years. I tried to get my CCT date brought forward as a result but would they listen? They did not! Outrage!
@thomaswoodcock@chesterbonedoc@BucksHandExpert@D__Melb @IncogAssociate @Alison6123@BBCBreaking Christ on a bike.I gas on a weekly trauma list and we see everyone from cradle to the grave and inbetween. Bog standard “bone carpentry” it isn’t because we see such a variety of cases/people. Something tells me you haven’t seen the inside of a hospital recently..
@BucksHandExpert@BSSHand Recently had an unusual day of man vs power tools x3 in a shift. I’ll tell you what, none of the patients who had various digits reattached would have fared as well if our surgeons were cut-price-half-trained. What an asinine take from an actual medic? Or is he just a troll king?
@CASporleder@DrTomPepper And that is up to the individual to figure out. Not for the dr to subsidise. Even drs need healthcare and have insurance. That’s just how that country works and it certainly seems to make for happy drs which would incentivise giving better care!
@Diving_Dxb@DrTomPepper Bet you’re more than happy to fleece poor studio owners and put them into debt for your designing services aren’t you! Your grievance is with insurance companies. Not the actual dr. If the NHS carries on like this I’d start putting some pennies away for said insurance!
@DrAsifOfficial Also one of the benefits of being in a male gay relationship, you don’t have to deal with women or their pesky periods at all 😃Thank god for gays!!!🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
