@PurpGoldLakers It’s simply an issue of roster construction. LA hasn’t drafted well, has given bad contracts to too many players. Unplayable players past spot 7-8. Can give up all our assets on stars but can’t surround them with talent. Barkley knows Bron ain’t the issue but gotta get clicks lol
@ForYouI3@PurpGoldLakers Or hear me out… get Rob to do his job to get and retain talent and not bums. Move Vando (which done last season tbh) get rid of Dalton (should’ve never accepted team option). Stop with POs and most of all actually draft good. Bronny only good one left and he here cuz of Bron lol
@Richard337698@bigdpw@GigglingGanon I know cops and they look for anything wrong as it can lead to something deeper. Next thing you know he has a kid in the trunk or something. Can def hate the bad cops but need the good ones.
@mrjones07890@PolymarketHoops@ringer Bron ain’t mistreat him, if anything Bron kept supporting him despite his garbage performances. Westbrook was just an overpaid awful contract Rob traded for. Should’ve gotten picks for taking him from the wizards smh.
@solomarley8@WITNESSKJ Crazy east wins a chip soon as he leaves. If Cleveland actually was competent and didn’t have bums (FO to roster) maybe Bron woulda stayed.
@SkyzNyc@trapped_in_DC_@JSMonYT Yea that’s the thing. This team ain’t winning with AR as a second option unless he takes a HUGE leap. I’m talking he can consistently drop 25+ against the best teams and that’s asking a lot of someone who is weak to athletic teams.
@chillthought@TheDunkCentral@WindhorstESPN Don’t think you realize but his athleticism is miles better than AR and Luka TODAY. He had a down year on his shot but not adding to his game… he went from 2nd option to 3rd option to 1st option and produced well in each aspect. L take fr
@Diandreavc@Bdrx69Boudreaux@WITNESSKJ Ppl don’t realize the league is better than ever and it’s harder to win due to the aprons and retaining talent. OKC will be an outlier due dumb trades from other teams and tanking in the draft and now complaining about tanking😂
@itzStormShadow@LakersNation I completely agree with Pelinka being the problem. He’s the reason why LA lacks talent. Don’t think jj is bad, he is improving each year. Pelinka hasn’t lol.
@RatioUBum@Ceonteahjones@ElimPopOff@FanDuel I think you forget but the other perspective can be said. Compare both teams without their star… Spurs are 10x better than the Cavs. Different league, the role players today are WAY better than role players in the past. Pretty sure no one else even avg over 13 on that team.
@MauriceEWatts1@NycVipers Did you just try to say Rodman was able to rebound and play his role of being an elite rebounder and defender due to Jordan… you can’t make this up😭
@Randysa48843167@chairman_bang@ChiefWoky@NBA__Courtside Couldn’t even handpick his whole career. Early cavs days they gave nothing. Second Cavs stint more BS after the chip. LA really never listened and made they own decisions past AD (which ain’t work fr) and after they decided to get Westbrook and overpay for him.
@richie_sim77330@Aduray360@BarryOnHere If Bron was younger he def would. Imagine prime Bron with Luka… he would literally be the piece they are missing with a 3&D slasher who quite literally does everything. However that isn’t the case. He’s been at the tail end of his career most of LA tenure.
@m_jets4@OnyxOdds I hope he signs an NTMLE with the spurs for a retirement tour. Be the vet they need to get over the hump (prob gonna lose to OKC if they get passed minny)
@buffoons_p0d@PlayoffKaden With how bad the big market is he’d be stupid to commit to 8 mil and not look for a longer team deal even at a bit less like the MLE for like 5 or so mil with multiple years.
@lbvmoneybags@jts_dream@U_Cedd_What@itszabdielyo@sooooolal@NBAWAYOFFS He got LA a chip. There’s been a different champ since 2019. Don’t think you realize after the chip the roster has only gotten worse till Luka got here too. One of the worst gms in the league has been here and has failed to draft and retain talent. More to bball than Bron lol
