share it, too. Jeff Ashitry's + Pete Shelley's themes are pavlovian with the anticipation of 3 weeks of the finest sport covered by the best people. Hope this isn't the end + that derailleurs smoothly align for everyone in the future, but if it is then my Thanks & Best Wishes 👏
@itvcycling I'm not on Twitter these days but wanted to say Thank You to Gary, Ned, David, Pete, Matt, Daniel & the lesser-seen occasionals + those behind the non-road cameras. Also, of course, Phil Liggett + Paul Sherwen (sadly departed). The Tour will always be special + dear -
to my heart, but over four 🤯 decades you've elevated it into the accessible, informative, entertaining, all-encompassing + unmissable event that highlights each Summer. My grandfather loved the programme (and was a keen amateur), passed that passion on to me + now my wife & son-

Everybody who helps test can get their name in the credits and can make up a fake title eg 'Billy Billerson, Unpaid Bug Catcher' (subject to my approval)

Sampled to great effect on Satipn by Redpoint on the Space Giraffe soundtrack (which is available as a free download). There's probably a sheep or goat or a sheep-goat also in the mix

One of the most famous and parodied scenes in THE PROFESSIONAL was never meant to be seen.
It was the final take, and Gary Oldman was bored and did this as a joke to make Luc Besson laugh. Luc loved it so much he used it in the movie!
Was the partial eclipse a vague dimming of the moon near top/slightly right? If so, then was on way to loo just after 3am and it was Celestial! Bodacious! etc. If not, then it usual story too cloudy meh try harder next time heavenly bodies etc.
I'm going to ask you a favor.
As you know, these are tough times for the video game industry. So it's important to show your support for the studios that create the games you love. It would be great if just 0.5% of my following could share my thread (below) dedicated to Caravan SandWitch. 🙏
As a thank you, here's my son playing this neat sci-fi exploration game. 🤗
Really fancy a drink and some gaming tonight; will probably just have to settle for a drink. These were calling cards to get a friend around to my way of thinking (didn't take much persuasion)
We're often jokingly referred to as the Dark Side at work. Always remind them that if that was so, there'd be a lot of force-choking and lightning going on. More importantly: an iconic + timeless voice 😔
Everyone will be discussing James Earl Jones's legacy as Darth Vader, Mufasa, and many other roles, but there needs to be more appreciation for him as Thulsa Doom.
His acting made "Conan the Barbarian" into a timeless classic.
FEAR FA 98 ⚽️🔪🩸
The game that mixes #silenthill2 with #FIFA 98! Here’s a glimpse of the creatures that will mutilate your players in the game's town! You can summon them, though maybe that's not what you want..
im still searching names for the teams and demons, wanna help¿?
Thank you, Pepper Grinder, for being a spiritual successor to still-absent Drill Dozer ~and~ for having an assist where you can dial down the speed making it more accessible (but just as fun) for the less twitchy gamers. Was sold on the demo, to the point that if progress -

Watched this. Much more interesting + involving than the initial premise. Fear of the unseen is nothing new (Jaws & Forbidden Planet both being #Top10Films) + first impressions are that it's a handy budgeting measure (Bullock, Malkovich, Hollander...how will we afford everyone?)-
- as pre-The Tourist Macdonald. Bonus marks for the kids who balance being tougher & more resilient than anyone else including Bullock (though Blunt just pips her in the maternal badass stakes) with an unsettling detachment from all the chaos. A movie that's very much about the-
