According to CoinGecko’s 2026 Q2 Crypto Industry Report:

The selloff is fading.

The recovery isn’t here.

This week’s setup:

① Forced selling cooled quickly after Monday’s realized-loss spike.

② Long-term holders are still distributing, with 1Y+ supply declining for the 4th straight week.

③ Fresh demand remains weak:

• Stablecoins are leaving exchanges
• Coinbase Premium remains negative
• ETF inflows are still too small

④ $61K is the key level.

More than 11% of BTC supply sits in the $60–65K cost range. A clean break below $61K could trigger more selling.

Bottom Line

BTC isn't seeing aggressive selling anymore.

The bigger question now is:

Who's buying?

Here are the 4 signals I'm watching this week:

① Selling pressure is fading.

Loss-driven selling has largely ended, and the market is entering a wait-and-see phase rather than panic mode.

② Long-term holders haven't turned bearish.

LTH accumulation has slowed, but they still aren't distributing aggressively—a sign that conviction remains intact.

③ Demand is still the missing piece.

• Spot ETFs have now seen 7 straight weeks of outflows
• Stablecoins continue leaving exchanges
• Coinbase Premium remains negative

Fresh capital still hasn't returned.

④ My takeaway

The market looks healthier than it did a few weeks ago because forced selling is fading.

But without stronger demand, I still expect BTC to remain range-bound rather than break out.

The next trend will likely be driven by buyers—not sellers.
