@British_Airways the US customer service number is not reachable last few days..My parents flights from India to US (via London) is in 5 days. It says for cancellation we have to call.. but how to call when number not reachable. What to do ..#BritishAirways

flying #hawaiianairlines this Thursday. San Diego to Honolulu.. Says complimentary meals. I called them up. The lady says "no vegetarian". Our advise for vegetarian - "carry your own food. we will allow that" .. WOW!! i know its complimentary, but still.. never heard that before.

Don’t know what to do. Medicines and other important stuff in luggage. Such horrible customer care ( or lack of it) ..SF airport Air India counter not picking up phone today..voicemail full..Hoping for an update..@airindiain

@airindiain New Delhi to SF flight last night AI 183.Multiple passengers luggage did not come including my parents. No response from Air India. No update. Did not give complaint number at SF airport last night. Now customer care saying nothing can be done without complaint number
