Thank you for helping resolve the issue. I hope BestBuy is much more quicker about resolving such issues. It took too many phone calls & tweets to get this completed. But it did get resolved a month ago & I appreciate that.

Just got off the call with best buy customer service teams ( one forwarded to the other) and then the call got cut off!

(I.E. In Home services forwarded to Geek squad since, apparently, in home services cannot work on Geek Squad service orders! )

The person in Geek Squad kept asking when the refrigerator was purchased. Shouldn't this be in the work order?! Considering that I spent TWO hours couple of days ago giving them all these details?!!

Also informed them that my refrigerator was sending "abnormal temperature " alerts & had completely stopped working for last few days!

If any damage happens to my house (smells like something burnt or overheating), I informed them that I will hold Best Buy responsible.
