Almost all calls: “Not connected”. Later talked to operator, he is asking to connect with MMT for refund.

@SwiggyCares Your customer support agent has issued refunds for a wrong transaction, that is why it is not reflecting in my account even though the refund has been successfull at Swiggy end.
Kindly initiate refund for the original order, not replacement one.

@SwiggyCares Check DM and resolve. I have still not received any refund in my account, It has been over 7 days and swiggy support is not reachable through app. Atleast have a support helpline.

@passportsevamea if someone is from Praygaraj and has Allahabad on their address proof, but has filled in Praygaraj in their passport application, will the application be rejected??
If not, then ask PSK Ghaziabad to explain same situation.

@mymagicpin your customer support is the worst. They always sent the auto generated texts. Even in serious complaint. Never tried to call and talk. @Swiggy and @zomato are far better than yours.
