@CitibankIN - I had been offered a card by citibank as part of their promotion programme for corporate employees. I was informed that there won't be any joining fees, no annual fees and no minimum spend criterion at the time of card selling. It was fine.

@CitibankIN - now, I have been charged of Rs 1000 plus taxes. This is highly unfair practice and did raised couple of tickets. But response is unsatisfactory and there is no option to send response on ticket. Can you check and revert unnecessary charges ASAP
