Every action gets a live success rate, cost, and outcome. Built first to run hardware fleets (bad OTA = bricked device), now running our own ops too.
My framework to roll over features fucking fast : multi repo, launch a claude code instance on each repo. Make a tdd approach, ask each instance to design a CI/CD pipeline. Once that’s done you know you cannot commit features that are broken.
