@InPostUK I have stopped receiving updates from you customer service on my 5 delayed parcels. They said they would look into it and have not. What do I do now? £1000 worth of shipments, no updates.
@InPostUK People understand problems happen, but the way that this has been managed, communicated and dealt with has cost InPost and Yodel a lot of trust from their customers.
@InPostUK The lesson for your customer service/ relations moving forward is to communicate and manage the expectations of your customers. Don’t make false promises, and keep us informed.
@InPostUK This does not explain why your agent asked me for tracking numbers, assured me that they would get back to me with an update, and have since ignored my emails. Your customer service is a joke.
