@DavidSacks@Jason, if you go back and watch this, as I have twice now, you will see that when @DavidSacks actually fact checked or challenged @mcuban, there was either not much difference in their positions or @mcuban basis was shallow on substance and exposed by Sacks.. 💡 #Round2
Wake Up AUSTRALIA. If the most strategic and powerful companies on the planet are pursuing Nuclear Power to give themselves long term energy security and we as a country continue to ignore it we are doomed.
What I Read This Week…
Microsoft, Amazon, and Google are investing in nuclear energy to power their data centers.
Microsoft plans to reopen Three Mile Island, while Amazon has invested in a data center campus powered by one of the largest existing nuclear facilities in the US.
Microsoft and Google are also both showing interest in advanced small modular reactors, which are next-generation nuclear reactors that are about one-third the size of traditional nuclear reactors and feature a modular design that allows them to be manufactured in factories and more easily transported to installation sites.
A smaller, modular approach to designing nuclear reactors addresses the problem of high construction costs and lengthy build times associated with traditional large-scale nuclear power plants. However, small modular reactors are still in development and are not expected to be operational until at least 2030.
@_damien_white_@supercars@NASCAR if the rumours are true about the new owners and more importantly those who will hold and wield the power and influence then we are in for the same clowns, different circus. 🤡 🎪
@_damien_white_@supercars the sport all together. Maybe a relegation/qualification system season on season similar to @NASCAR or the EPL is the way to go to ensure the right drivers see the light of day. There is a huge opportunity with the change of ownership and the transition to Gen 3 but alas,
