So, in the fashion of UK analysis of EU relations, little of the coverage of the 10th anniversary has focused on what it means for the EU. My verdict (since I was asked) - the UK suffered the economic hit, the EU has struggled with an emotional one.

Company value is the sum of expected future earnings, discounted at a a cost of capital reflecting the risk. Or more exactly, it should be the view of the marginal trader on that number.
