@WholeFandango Yeah i'm really thankful I have a DVD copy. At first I was pro the remaster but the more I watch it the more I find it just insanely misguided. I guess a good comparison would be what Lucas did to the OT?

@WholeFandango Yeah I know he approved of it. But I still think Criterion should have advocated against its creation and instead done their job as a film preservation company by making the real film available to people in its true form instead of coaxing Lynch into this gimmicky "remaster"
