@vijeshetty @IndiaToday The scooter hit the car at lightning speed. Obviously the driver of the car would have been confused and rolled on until he could comprehend what just happened?! Pls don’t blame the driver, it was not his fault. It not a hit and run but a case of over speeding by the bike.
