I don't know if this qualifies, as it's an only in Olympic rowing as opposed to an only in journalism word- but for the consideration of @bryancurtis & the @thepressboxpod - repechage
I'm behind on podcasts, and I'm not sure if it's exactly a refutation for @bryancurtis and the @thepressboxpod, but on phalanx as an only in journalism/ancient civilisation words, I give you The Phalanx by @TriviumOfficial and I imagine @matthewkheafy writing lyrics
I'm so going to have to get a @TriviumOfficial Take Their ... Head shirt and steal @matthewkheafy's look for drumming stage wear.
Really looking forward to tonight's show
I'm late to this as had to go away and read the piece (plus cry multiple times), then tear up again listening to the pod, but well worth it.

Thank you @bryancurtis/@EnswellJones
New pod!
15 years ago, @EnswellJones published a story about a soldier's trip from Iraq to a cemetery in Indiana.
He told me how he reported and wrote "The Things That Carried Him."

I'm heading over to Trent Birdge for the test tomorrow, but sadly due to illness I have an adult and under 16s ticket free. Are there any fellow @NoBallsTCP or @TailendersPod listners who could put them to good use? #WAshes
@gmbfit@JoelSnape Thanks for the suggestions both. The rep range/%RM from Dan John seems promising, also allows focus on quality of rep which ties in to what GMB emphasises in their courses.
Have a modified cycle to try, and if I still stuggle then I re-assess on work load/skill building
So this feels like a question for @JoelSnape or @gmbfit, but open to any good suggestions.
Five weeks into an IBS flare up and not only can I not run, but my trusty 5/3/1 spreadsheet is failing me.
I want to moderate it as love lifting, but haven't found a likely approach yet
@JoelSnape@gmbfit Can hit most of the numbers (of course squats are the problem) but can't recover, horrible cycles of fatigue and upsetting digestion.
It's really what percentage back as seems to be very little on workload management rather than optimisation. Will check the recommendation
I thing this is a good use of Podcasting by @FiveThirtyEight.
If anyone cares I'd go for Evermore/Folklore rather than 1989, and lie somewhere between casual and in the Reddit - was higher ranked in Taylor's Spotify listeners than I expected in 22

Late as usual, but an interesting listen.
I was thinking Hits & Mythos might work better as a strained-pun but I'm sure others have better and someone else thought it

I was so happy to get this signed earlier this year by @matthewkheafy, @coreytrivium, @TriviumPaolo and @AlexBentDrums - it's going to bring joy to me and my partner for years to come
@aliettedb @Jehane_fr Well, this exchange at least saved me a disappointment but clearly I need to do some research before my new @OpenUniversity modules really kick in
