Love this!

[Dr Shawn Walker @SisterShawnRM]

I actually found this incredibly moving and beautiful. 1/3 women give birth by cesarean section, some of them life-saving. I love that her daughter is improving her Spidey skills by delivering a baby Spidey with potentially life-saving skills. ❤️

[Gayani Raheem @GayaniRaheem]

@vloraRr @chocaholixrus Sure! But what is it?!!!😁

[Gayani Raheem @GayaniRaheem]

Such lovely feedback!🥰🥰

@PHE_uk In preparation for #Stoptober we @L_G_MOT have just uploaded our ‘how to have a healthy pregnancy’ video on our YouTube channel which covers smoking cigarettes in pregnancy. We hope to support the young women we care for to quit. You can view this here:

#Stoptober is nearly here!

Did you know that if you can quit smoking for 28 days you are five times more likely to quit for good?

It’s never too late - join thousands quitting this October: https://t.co/O6sDVaZfQJ

This is probably the most important session! We usually invite our girls to this session soon after booking so that they are given the earliest opportunity to make positive choices in pregnancy for their and their baby’s well-being.

Covid has meant we have sadly had to suspend our antenatal classes. In order to still provide our girls with the information they need, we have recorded a Labour and Pain relief video. Soon to come... The postnatal days and breastfeeding!
