@Mediaverse I am afraid you missed the point of this story. What it tells us is that MPD issued a warrant for Cleotha Henderson’s arrest for the FedEx Freight burglaries on Aug. 12, 2021, more than five weeks before the Sept. 21, 2021 rape of Alicia Franklin. MPD did not arrest him before

@Mediaverse As for the strength of the burglary case, it’s evident from reading the affidavit that police did no real investigation of the FedEx Freight burglaries – just went out and watched the company’s security video and mischarged Henderson with theft while in fact he likely was guilty
