@lexfridman The relevant parameter to estimate, to me, would be a by county level estimate of the percent of infectious people. That simple metric might do more to guide people’s behavior (is it 1 in 10, 1 in 100 or 1 in 1000 actively infectious people I bump into in the grocery store?)
