Falsely banned due to the roblox ban wave. Journey to get my account back.

On 29th of October, right on my birthday, I was hit by the ban wave about something I didnt even do and wasnt online for. I contacted support and told me this, but I can only contact support. I wont stop trying to get my account back. Any advice? #robloxbanwave #roblox #ban

@traceychadrol @Roblox Twice and i kept getting the same exact email to "Appeal under Violations and Appeals", so im pretty much stuck in a loop for a bit.

Day 2 of being banned.
Yet again, I got the same exact message without me able to know how I can appeal, since I can only appeal through support. I decided to email them back in hopes of getting something back. @Roblox Do something.

@tween8ers @Roblox @DavidBaszucki What were you banned for? Child Safety or being linked to a account you dont own? Im really sorry for this all. Don't give up if you keep getting the same thing.

@crystalbreeze39 Thank you! I might file a ADROIT case as I am in the EU and can use my DSA rights to get this solved :)
They're literally denying me legal right to appeal my account with only letting me appeal through support and getting the same email.

@ObjectSebastian I hope you get your account back as soon as possible. Its sad to see how Roblox is actively posting without even looking at the complaints of millions of users.
