@MikeHanna18 Asking for guidance please. My fab FiL is in Northants hosp with severe MG symptoms, (chest infection,food in lungs) nobody seems to know how to treat him, speech seems improved but only ever pushing end life care. We need urgent advice, please can you assist? TY

@SP_EnergyPeople 3 -promptly. Your lack of appropriate response, your supplying of faulty equipment and the ignorant and bullying response from your 'customer services' are a disgrace - he is 70. Have a conscience & get this sorted before you kill him. I am beyond horrified.

@SP_EnergyPeople 2 - yet he still calls EVERY day trying to sort this. He is being ignored, you're trying to force him to pay he a bill he can't have run up, you won't explain why you can't inspect an faulty meter. Someone with responsibility needs to look at this & intervene

@SP_EnergyPeople 1- My 70 stepdad has been reporting a faulty meter for several months & has been asking you to come out to it. He has been hospitalised for the last 2 months & is just home. You have sent him a £1500 bill & are threatening to cut him off.
He is very unwell,
