We must not accept the NHS pay deal. We will continue to receive below inflation increases from 2023. The pay rise of 5% isn’t based on 2022 pay. Its based on the pay that was increased by 4% in 2021-22. Therefore, the pay deal is a lot less. I am amazed at the RCNs decision.
