Sony announced them killing off physical games with a tweet and a blog post like it was some regular Wednesday, expecting people will be mad for a bit and move on.
And now the backlash has gotten so big it’s being covered by mainstream news outlets.
DON’T LET UP, DON’T SHUT UP.
@LastofUsPSN@GenePark@Rayrod22@Soderngeeky I’m also curious as to why Nintendo is selling its games for $80 if they have the lowest budgets out of the three console makers?
@InfiniteGrunt But that’s rewarding them even more because you’re giving them more money. If you Game Pass it you could just pay for that one month just to beat the game and then unsubscribe which would cost 2x less than buying it (FYI you can even request a refund before the month ends)
@KnightUvTime@Bethesdanet He’s right m8. Bungie day was officially made a thing on 7/7/7 when they went independent. Anything before then wasn’t really official.
@JuiceHead33@Tunnelsnakefool Lol not at all. Don’t remind me of the Fallout 76 and Youngblood days where they were forced to make live service games. Heck even Redfall was a result of that.
