تسوق "Xfinity" لهذه التقنية باعتبارها ميزة أمنية، وتتطلب من المستخدمين تفعيلها وضبط إعداداتها.

ولكن، فكّر في المسار الذي تتجه إليه هذه التقنية بحد ذاتها.

يمكن للميكروفون أن يسمعك.
ويمكن للكاميرات أن تراك.
والآن، يمكن لإشارات "الواي فاي" رصد الحركة داخل منزلك دون الحاجة إلى كاميرا.

إذا كان بإمكان "أليكسا" مراقبة أم وطفلتها داخل منزلهما ثم إنكار ذلك، فلماذا قد يضع أي شخص طواعيةً أحد هذه الأجهزة في منزل��؟
