How do we as new teachers get our admin and fellow teacher to support design thinking?

@MrsTenHove @Liza74508839 I taught math nine - design thinking works there. We used group row games, and other active class projects, models and tiles.
Students taught themselves, we were facilitators only. ( Co-teachers (2), me as perservice teacher and 64 students)

Q12: When iterating in response to students' learning or engagement needs, is it necessary to totally redesign, or do we fall back on direct instruction so students get the concepts they need to reach curriculum outcomes? What about in PAT years?

I googled and could not find how to stop it from trimming.

The concepts are black and white. But the teaching is facilitating and inspiring
When students find the solutions themselves they are motivated to learn more

Insight: get students involvement early in the process to find out what they know and adjust activity and lessons accordingly.
