@Jon_Beckett I think structuring feedback (both ways) as: "I like, I wish, I wonder" goes a long way. Students and teachers need this formatting to guide them in providing constructive criticism.

@MrsTenHove Well some questions do have one right answer (math/physics) but the process of getting there is even more important. Which is why students need to show their thinking and processes not just the final answer with units.

@GebersMyrna Start small and work from there. Student performance on summative and tests are still highly valued and I think redesign can be encouraged as long as indicators point in that direction.

@Cchapin85 My partner teacher made the grade 12 organize and bring in their own guest speakers. While it didn't directly relate to the content outcomes it did fit the skills outcome and students loved it and learned from professionals in the field before entering university. Great concept!
